Terms: This is a digital Gift Card, you will not receive a physical gift card in the post; Gift cards are emailed to you after purchase, usually arriving in a few minutes but can sometimes take a few hours; Gift cards expire 12 months after purchase; Gift cards are refundable under our usual Refund Terms, you have 14 days to change your mind, and 14 days to tell us about it, and we will issue a refund to your original purchase method if you haven't used the gift card, We will only refund an entirely unused gift card, not one which has been partly spent, this does not affect your statutory rights; We offer denominations of £10, £25, £50 and £100; Unused credit on your gift cards will still expire 12 months from the original sale date; If your order is for more than the balance on your gift card you can pay the remaining cost via our usual methods (Paypal or Visa or MasterCard); Gift cards are delivered via email to the email specified when you order, you can send this onto your recipient but for data protection purposes we will not send your gift card to a different email address other than the one you placed your order with (no exceptions) so please enter your email address carefully; If you lose your gift card please email info@ispyeyes.com with your order number and we will re-send it to the email used when you purchased; You may not get a reminder if you haven't used your gift card and the expiry date is approaching, please make sure your gift cards are used before they expire; Gift Cards can be used against the full purchase of your order, including shipping costs; If for any reason you require a refund on your order, as set out on our refunds page, your refund will go back onto the same giftcard you previously used, a copy of which can be emailed to the original purchaser, which will have the same expiry date as before. If you paid any portion of your order via Paypal or Visa/MasterCard that portion will be refunded back to your original payment method.
