Postage and shipping

UK and Northern Ireland

Postage is £2.99 per order to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland no matter how much you order. If your order is £20 and under your order will be sent by Royal Mail's Standard Second Class service. If your order is over £20.01 your order will be sent by Royal Mail's Signed For service, second class which requires a signature. 

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day, although this may not always be possible during busy periods.

If your order is under £20 and sent via Second Class post it will not require a signature, it will be posted through your letterbox if it is small enough otherwise you will need to be home in order to accept delivery.

Orders sent by Second Class Signed For by Royal Mail (orders over £20.01) require a signature. Please note if you are not available to sign for your order, it will be sent to a local post/sorting office and you will only have a limited time to pick this up (18 working days). In the event this is not picked up and is returned to us, we will refund your entire order and you will have to make a new order. Once dispatched your order will have a tracking number attached to it which you can enter on Royal Mail's website to see if delivery has been attempted. Please do this before contacting us about the whereabouts of your order.

Estimated delivery time for both services is 3-5 working days from date of dispatch (not date of placing order) but most orders arrive within 3 days. 


Abroad countries outside of the UK

We ship to selected countries outside of the UK, full list below. We ship all our overseas orders via Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed service, except for Australia which is sent via Royal Mail's International Signed service. Tracked & Signed offers full tracking from dispatch all the way through to delivery as well as a signature on delivery. International Signed doesn't offer tracking but will require you to sign for your order upon delivery. For countries within Europe estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days from dispatch (not from placing order). For overseas orders outside of Europe, estimated delivery times are 5-7 working days from dispatch (not from placing order). We recommend you track your delivery daily (if available) to check on it's progress.

We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. Please note the above is an estimate only, your order could arrive sooner or later - we have no control on Royal Mail's delivery times.

Returns

If your order is damaged or faulty when received please email info@ispyeyes.com in the first instance quoting your order number and include where possible a picture of the damaged item. We will then ship a new item to you. A new item will be shipped in the same way as your original order and the estimated delivery times above will re-apply. No postage charges will apply for replacing a faulty product. If you send us a picture of the faulty item there will be no need to return this to us.

If you change your mind on your order please email info@ispyeyes.com in the first instance quoting your order number explaining that you want a refund. Please send the item back to the address we supply - postage will be at your own cost and we advise you get a certificate of postage from your local post office as proof of posting.

You must advise us if you want to return the item if unwanted within 14 days of receiving it and the product must be unopened (blister packs must be sealed, except for where you have opened the blister pack and discovered damage) and in it's original packaging.

Once we have received your items you will be refunded within 14 working days and you will be notified on email the status of your refund, or you can check this by logging into your account.

Faulty items will either be refunded or replaced at your own request. If we receive pictures of the faulty items there will be no need to return this to us.
