Cost

£3.50 per order. If you place more than one order and our packing team notices it may get sent as one parcel. There will not be any refunds on postage. To avoid this please order all items together.

Shipping methods

Order under £20 - Royal Mail Standard Second Class which is not trackable.

Order over £20.01 - Royal Mail Signed For Second Class which requires a signature. Please note if you are not available to sign for your order, it will be sent to a local post/sorting office and you will only have a limited time to pick this up (18 working days). In the event this is not picked up and is returned to us, we will refund your entire order and you will have to make a new order. Once dispatched your order will have a tracking number attached to it which you can enter on Royal Mail's website to see if delivery has been attempted, however you will not be able to track the exact whereabouts of your parcel. 

Estimated delivery times

3-5 working days from date of dispatch (not date of placing order), although Royal Mail can take 10 working days to deliver via this method. We will not take 'lost' enquiries on this postage method until 10 working days have passed from the dispatch date. For all Standard Deliveries we cannot give you a date for delivery. These times are an estimate by Royal Mail. If you want your order by a certain date we recommend using Next Working Day Delivery below. 

We need to be informed within a month of your order being dispatched if your order hasn't arrived, for a refund or a replacement to be offered.

Important: If you have entered a work address for delivery then anyone in your building could sign for or accept your parcel. You take full responsibility for this and we will not be held liable for missing parcels. 

Please ensure you enter your delivery address carefully. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses which mean your parcel is returned to us and can't be delivered will result in an automatic refund of your order, minus postage costs. We do not resend orders out where an incorrect or incomplete address has been entered. We received hundreds of orders a day and individual addresses are not checked, it is your responsibility to ensure you enter it correctly.

FYI our Gift Cards do not require shipping, they are digital gift cards.

Guaranteed delivery times

You must place your order by 10am for same day dispatch which will be for delivery on the next working day (we do not offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service, and we do not dispatch on weekends).

  • Orders placed by 10am Monday to Thursday - dispatched the same day and will be delivered the next day.
  • Orders placed Friday before 10am - dispatched same day, delivered the next working day - Monday (if this is a bank holiday, then Tuesday)
  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays - dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. 
  • Orders placed on Bank Holidays - dispatched the next working day for delivery the day after.

All items are sent via Royal Mail's International Service which ALL require a signature on delivery. You must be home for your order.

Rest of world including Europe - 7-10 working days (most Europe orders are delivered before this, but we cannot guarantee it).
